Schroder British Opportunities (SBO) has announced that EasyPark Group, one of its private investments, intends to acquire Flowbird Group, which it describes as “a global mobility player providing integrated parking and transportation solutions”. Flowbird Group operates under the brands Flowbird, YourParkingSpace, TPARK, Extenso Cloud, and Yellowbrick. It provides equipment and services including pay and display machines, software, park & charge, open payments for debit and credit cards and mobile wallets. EasyPark Group owns and develops the apps EasyPark, ParkMobile, RingGo and Park-line and operates in over 4,000 cities across more than 20 countries.
- Oryx International Growth (OIG) says that it is pleased to note the proposed acquisition by Young & Co.’s Brewery Plc of The City Pub Group Plc. Based on the proposed acquisition price, this results in an uplift on OIG’s 31 October 2023 NAV of approximately £1.8m, equivalent to circa 13p per share. OIG says that it acquired its position over the course of the current year and that the sale will achieve a profit of circa 60% in excess of cost.
