- European Assets Trust (EAT) announced that as part of an orderly succession plan, Kate Cornish-Bowden has today been appointed to the board and its committees. Kate Cornish-Bowden is the chair of International Biotechnology Trust, and a non-executive director of Finsbury Growth & Income Trust and CC Japan Income & Growth Trust, where she is also chair of the audit committee. Until recently Kate was the senior independent non-executive director of Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited.
- Riverstone Energy (RSE) is pleased to announce that John Roche will succeed Patrick Firth as chair of the audit committee of the board of directors with effect from 1 January 2024. Patrick Firth will remain as a non-executive director and senior independent director and a member of the audit committee, a member of the management and engagement committee and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee and will be retiring before the company’s next AGM in 2024.
- CVC Income & Growth (CVCG) announced that Mr Mark Tucker, senior independent director and chair of the audit committee has retired from the board with effect from 31 December 2023. Mr Tucker has been on the board since its inception. The board has approved the appointment of Mr Philip Braun, a non-executive director, to the role of chair of the audit committee and the appointment of Ms Stephanie Carbonneil as the senior independent director.
