In QuotedData’s morning Briefing 10 April 2025:

  • Menhaden Resource Efficiency (MHN) says its manager is undertaking a gradual realisation of all of the trust’s listed investments with a view of completing this within the next 4 to 6 weeks. The joint liquidators propose to make interim distributions to shareholders over the period to 26 May 2025, when sufficient realisations have been made. To keep costs down, distributions will be made when net realisations exceed £40m.
  • Miton UK Microcap (MINI) is paying dividends totalling 0.35p (pay date 15 May, ex date 22 April) as part of its planned winding up.
  • TwentyFour Income Fund (TFIF) says it will pay a dividend for the final quarter of 2024 of 5.07p, taking the total to 11.07p, up from 9.96p for 2023. It also highlights that the majority of its portfolio is in Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) and Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) in the UK and Western Europe.
  • Chelverton UK Dividend (SDV) says holders of 2,493,250 of its existing 2025 ZDP shares have opted to rollover their investment into 3,320,493 new 2031 ZDP shares. The broker is looking to place the balance of the 10m new ZDP shares over the next couple of weeks (the placing closes on 23 April).
