Chrysalis (CHRY) received 98% of shareholder votes at Wednesday’s EGM for the three-year wind-down proposed by the board. Chair Andrew Haining said: “The board will now implement an orderly realisation of the company’s assets, in a manner consistent with maximising the portfolio value over a three-year period.”
BB Healthcare has changed its name and ticker to CT Healthcare Trust (CTHT) following the change of manager from Bellevue to Columbia Threadneedle.
Maven Income and Growth VCT (MIG1) declared a 0.6p final dividend taking its total to 3.6p and the annual yield to 7% it said on publication of its annual report which showed it had deployed £5m in new and follow-on investments. It has raised £7.4m in its current subscription round compared to £10m last year.
