Morning briefing: ISS recommends Workspace shareholders vote to remove two existing directors

a cup of coffee and a slice of a fruit loaf

It has been reported that ISS, the proxy advisory firm that provides independent research and voting recommendations to institutional investors, has recommended that shareholders vote against the re-election of two of Workspace Group’s (WKP’s) incumbent non-executive directors, Nick Mackenzie and David Stevenson, and instead vote in favour of the appointment of two new non-executive directors nominated by Saba – Gregory Attwood and Andrew Sim. We haven’t had sight of ISS’s report, so cannot comment any further at this time. Workspace is also yet to issue a response following ISS’s recommendation.
