Overview
Gresham House was a fund that invested in both securities and commercial property. The Company’s investment objective was amended at the Annual General Meeting held on 19 May 2011 to enable the orderly realisation of the Groups’s assets over a period of approximately two years with a view to returning captial to shareholders thereafter.
