Overview
JPMorgan Global Growth and Income (formerly The JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust : JMO) aims for capital growth from investing in world stock markets. It seeks out strong long-term returns by focusing only on companies that their analyst team believe are about to experience a dramatic and lasting boost to their profitability. The company will set a target dividend each financial year equal to at least 4.0% of the NAV of the company as at the end of the preceding financial year.
The manager is focused on building a high conviction portfolio of typically 50 – 90 stocks, drawing on an investment process underpinned by fundamental research. Portfolio construction is driven by bottom-up stock selection rather than geographical or sector allocation. Currency exposure is predominantly hedged back towards the benchmark.
