Overview
Hansa Investment Company is the investment vehicle for the Salomon family. It invests in a portfolio of special situations. Individual holdings or specific sectors may constitute a significant proportion of the portfolio or that of the equity of the companies concerned. They warn that this investment approach may produce returns which are not replicated by movements in any market index.
The company was created in August 2019 when Hansa Trust moved its domicile to Bermuda from the UK.
Hansa Investment Company is unusual in that this class of shares has no voting rights. In all other respects though they are the same as the ordinary : HAN
