Overview
European Residual Income was spun out of Real Estate Credit Investments and is a cell company underneath the Real Estate Credit Investments PCC. Seven Residual Income Positions are attributed to the Cell. Dividends or distributions will only be payable from European Residual Income to the extent that the Asset Cover Ratio is > 2.39.
