Results for European Residual Income Investments have been released alongside those of Real Estate Credit Investments. Over the year to the end of March 2014, ERII received a cash inflow of €3.1m. At the end of the period ERII had sufficient assets for the Directors to recommend a further dividend and they have declared a dividend of 3.2 cents a share – returning €0.5m to shareholders. The net asset value fell from €0.83 to €0.68 as a result of distributions and a write down in the value of some of its investments – in Q1 2014 the majority of the write downs were in its SME portfolio.
