NB Distressed Debt Inv Extended Life forms part of NB Distressed Debt which invests in 40 to 50 holdings diversified across distressed, stressed and special situations investments, with a focus on senior debt backed by hard assets. In 2013 a new class of share was introduced to allow investors get access to part of the fund which could continue making investments until 31 March 2015. See this announcement.
