Jim is an entrepreneur with a flair for identifying emerging global trends enabling him to build a worldwide business empire. He is amongst the top 10% in the “Sunday Times Rich List” (Britain’s equivalent to the Forbes list). He is often described as the British Warren Buffett and he predicted the Credit Crunch of 2007-08 in a book entitled “Wake Up! Survive and Prosper in the Coming Economic Turmoil”. Jim followed this with “The Top 10 Investments for the Next 10 Years” (2008) and subsequently “Cracking the Code” (2012), “Fast Forward” (2014) and, most recently, “Juvenescence” (2017). His monthly “Mellon on the Markets” column in Master Investor Magazine has gained him cult status among investors. He holds a master’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University. Tom joined Fidelity in 2008. A spokesman and commentator on investments, Tom is responsible for defining and articulating investment strategy for Fidelity’s Personal Investing business. Widely quoted in the national press and appearing regularly on radio and television, Tom is a sought-after expert on markets, investment trends and investment funds. He is a weekly columnist in the Daily Telegraph, and regularly appears on BBC News, Sky and major radio stations. Prior to joining Fidelity, Tom was a financial journalist working for publications including Investors Chronicle, the Independent and the Daily Telegraph.

Charlotte is the founder and CEO of Netwealth, a leading UK online wealth manager. Having started her career at JPMorgan she spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, serving as a partner for 10 years. From 2006 to 2011, Charlotte was head of Institutional Wealth Management and the Market Solutions Groups for Europe, Middle East and Asia in the Investment Management Division. From 2012, she explored the impact of digital technologies on a variety of industries before founding Netwealth in 2015.
