The AGM of Aberforth Smaller Companies will be held at 14 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7NS at 2.30 pm on 3 March 2022. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their vote by proxy in advance of the meeting in case restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic apply and it is therefore not possible for shareholders to attend in person. The Company will issue a regulatory news announcement, which will also be posted on the website, if the only attendees permitted will be those required to allow the business of the meeting to be conducted.
