We are delighted to invite you to join Harry Nimmo and Abby Glennie, co-managers of abrdn UK Smaller Companies Trust, for either a breakfast or lunch meeting. Harry and Abby will discuss the key challenges and opportunities within the UK Small & Mid Cap space, will provide an update on performance, as well as discuss recent activity within the portfolio, and their outlook for UK Smaller and Mid Cap Companies. abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust has a strong performance record and its shares presently trade at a c.12% discount to NAV.

Speakers

Harry Nimmo - Investment Director

Harry graduated with an MBA from the University of Edinburgh in 1984 and joined the company as an Investment Analyst with responsibility for UK equity funds in 1985. He became Senior Investment Analyst with sector responsibility for larger UK-quoted companies funds in 1990 and Investment Manager responsible for the UK equity smaller (quoted) company funds in 1993.

Abby Glennie - Deputy Head

Abby Glennie is Deputy Head of Smaller Companies at abrdn. She is lead manager on our UK Mid-Cap strategies and co-manager on our UK Smaller Companies strategies.

Abby joined the Company in February 2013 as a member of the UK Equity Team, initially working on the UK Large Cap desk, before moving to Smaller Companies in Jan 2016. She was appointed Deputy Head of the team in early 2020, and as part of her role on the EMG she helps lead the Equities Charity Group. Prior to this she worked at Kames Capital (previously Aegon Asset Management) as a Graduate Trainee Investment Manager.

Abby has a joint First-Class Honours degree in Economics and Finance and is a CFA charterholder.
