‘Meet the Manager’ session
The Directors of abrdn UK Smaller Companies Growth Trust plc and the Manager, abrdn, are delighted to invite you to the ‘Meet the Manager’ session at Bow Bells House, 1 Bread Street, London, EC4M 9HH on Friday, 20 May 2022 at 12 noon. All responses must be received by Friday, 13 May 2022.

1. Due to capacity limitations, shareholders will only be permitted to attend the event if a request to do so has been returned and acknowledged. Please provide an email address for this purpose.
2. Covid -19 restrictions may place restrictions on the ability to hold the session, or limit the number of shareholders who can attend. If this turns out to be the case, the Company will make an announcement on its website and communicate as appropriate with those shareholders who have submitted a request to attend.
