Shareholders will be able to submit questions to the Board and the Investment Manager, Asset Value Investors Limited (“AVI”) ahead of the AGM and answers to these, as well as AVI’s presentation, will be made available on the Company’s website. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for further information and the resolutions which will be proposed at this meeting.
