Description
The company has announced that it has reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer to be made by Starlight Bidco for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the company. The scheme is expected to become effective on 15/11/24 and is conditional upon the approval of shareholders at the court and general meetings to be held on 25/10/24. Under the terms of the acquisition, scheme shareholders will be entitled to receive 96p for each BCPT share.
