Description
The Board considers that the passing of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting is in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole and is most likely to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of the Shareholders as a whole. The Board unanimously recommends that all Shareholders vote in favour of these resolutions.
