Description
The Company announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the offices of Downing LLP, 3rd Floor, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF on 5 June 2025 at 12.00 noon.
Votes will be held on the adoption of a new Articles of Association and continuation of the company.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company’s website at https://www.doretrust.com/investor-relations and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is situated at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
