The Company announces that this year’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the offices of Downing LLP, Floor 6, Saint Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD on 8 June 2023 at 12.00 noon.
The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company’s website at https://www.doretrust.com/investor-relations and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is situated at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
