Description
The company has put forward a proposal to implement a tender offer for up to 100% of EWIT’s issued share capital, to provide eligible shareholders with the opportunity to receive an initial cash exit and also retain access to the potential future value from SpaceX. The board recommend shareholders VOTE IN FAVOUR of the Resolution to approve the proposed Tender Offer at the general meeting.
The general meeting of the company is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on 10 April 2026 at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP at One Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RA.
