Description
The company is proposing a plan of reconstruction and voluntary winding-up. Shareholders will have options to roll over their investments into Janus Henderson UK Equity Income & Growth Fund or receive cash based on their investment at net asset value.
The proposals described in the circular are conditional, among other things, on shareholder approval. The second scheme GM is to be held at 9.30 a.m. on 14 March 2025 at 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE, are set out in the Circular.
