Description
The annual general meeting, which will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 24 March 2025 at 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EE.
In accordance with best practice and as set out in the company’s articles of association, Shareholders have the right to vote on the continuation of the Company every three years and the next triennial vote will be held at the forthcoming AGM.
