The company’s Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Chartered Accountants Hall, 1 Moorgate Place, London EC2R 6EA on Tuesday, 13 August 2024 at 12.00 noon.
Shareholders who are not able or do not wish to attend the meeting in person will be able to watch a live webcast of the meeting and access details are set out on the Form of Proxy, Form of Direction and related Email Communications. This will include the formal business of the meeting, the Manager’s presentation and questions and answers. The webcast will not enable shareholders to participate in the meeting or to vote. However, shareholders can submit questions in advance of the meeting by email to [email protected]. Questions of a similar nature may be grouped together to ensure the orderly running of the AGM
