Description
Shareholders will vote on a proposals centring on a scheme for reconstruction and voluntary liquidation in two general meetings. The second general meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 14 March 2025 at the offices of Jupiter Asset Management Limited, The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6SQ, United Kingdom
Pursuant to the scheme, shareholders will be able to elect to roll over their investment into Jupiter Ecology Fund, an authorised unit trust managed by Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Limited and/or receive their entitlement upon the winding-up of the company in cash.
