Description
Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust plc is reconvening meetings to vote on a proposed scheme of reconstruction and winding-up after previous resolutions were defeated. The second general meeting reconvened for 2.00 p.m. on 28 March 2025.
The adjourned shareholder meetings will each be held at the offices of Deutsche Numis, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BF.
