The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the registered office of the Company at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4LY at 12.00 p.m. (Guernsey time) on 12 August 2024. Shareholders are invited to listen to the AGM virtually where the Board can answer pre-submitted questions.
