The company will announce a general meeting of the company, at which the Board will seek shareholders’ approval to renew the company’s share buy-back authority. The general meeting will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 3 December 2025 at the offices of Apex Group, 4th Floor 140 Aldersgate Street, London, England, EC1A 4HY.
