Ms. Thao Ngo is a member of the portfolio management team of Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (VEIL), a US$1.5bn investment fund managed by Dragon Capital. Thao has been a VEIL portfolio manager since 2014 and prior to this was a research analyst at Dragon Capital for seven years, having joined the company in 2007. Thao holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii as well as a bachelor’s degree in Money and Finance from New Zealand’s Victoria University.
