We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our successful property webinar series as a one-day conference for professional investors ONLY, but the private investors will have the opportunity to have a window into the professional conference via streaming.

We know it is not possible for everyone to attend so Pre-recorded manager presentations will also be made available to attendees and QuotedData subscribers.

During the day we will be hosting a series of themed panel discussions and keynote papers where property managers will be able to provide their thoughts, views and insights on relevant topics and discussion themes.  The key themes for discussion will be the property market, the economy, the business environment, impact investing, net zero, residential outlook, the global outlook and the future of property investment.

Speakers

Richard Williams - Property Analyst, QuotedData

Richard started his career as a journalist and his work has been published in many of the UK national newspapers. He has been covering the real estate market for more than eight years, most recently as news editor at leading real estate trade publication Property Week. Richard has an in-depth knowledge of the property sector with a focus on the industrial and retail markets, and has vast experience in writing news, analysis and comment on the real estate sector. He has regularly chaired panel debates at industry events including at international property conference MIPIM.

Kevin Mofid - Head of Logistics & Industrial Research, Commercial Research, Savills

Kevin is a specialist in the industrial and logistics sector and has been a director in the Savills commercial research team since 2014.

Kevin leads the research function into industrial and logistics markets for Savills, collecting, collating and analysing occupational and Investment data on those markets. This data is included in Savills regular Big Shed Briefing research but also in bespoke reporting for clients.

Kevin is a regular commentator on the market in the press and appears at industry events offering his thoughts on the direction of the industrial and logistics market.

He has previously chaired the society of property researchers.

Morgan Garfield - Co-Founder, Ellandi

Prior to establishing Ellandi with Mark in 2008, Morgan built a high profile investment track record and strong, longstanding contacts with the REIT management community, leading investment banks and lenders. His exposure to distressed investment drives Ellandi’s successful model.

Morgan began his career at NM Rothschild where he worked in both their property and their debt restructuring business. Prior to establishing Ellandi, Morgan worked as an investment banker. He was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he led the UK property finance business with responsibility for both loan origination and distribution, largely via CMBS. He also established the DB loan servicing platform that grew to manage €16bn of loans.

Ellandi is an investment advisor for and asset manager of regional retail-led assets.

Paul Bridge - CEO, Social Housing, Civitas

Paul is the Chief Executive Officer within the Social Housing strategy. Paul has worked in all aspects of Social Housing for over 20 years and is a senior industry figure. From 2008 to 2014, Paul was Chief Executive of Homes for Haringey, a Registered Provider, where he was responsible for 800 staff and 21,000 homes. The organisation was awarded ‘Housing Organisation of the Year’ in 2012 and gained Investors in People Gold. For eight years prior to this, Paul was a Director at Hyde Group, a major G15 Housing Association, which provides homes and services to more than 95,000 customers. Throughout his career, Paul has been responsible for leading the acquisition of several thousand properties in London and the South East, with the primary purpose of extensive physical, social and economic regeneration. Paul has been responsible for investing several hundred million pounds into Social Homes. During his career, Paul has also held a variety of non-executive roles in and out of the sector and the Chairman of Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association which established a successful private rental sector business funded by equity and debt through various institutional investment funds.
