David is an investment director who joined the Octopus Energy Generation team in 2014 and works full-time on fund management for ORIT.
As well as working in the transaction team leading acquisitions and project finance debt raising in the UK, France and Ireland, David has previously led the team responsible for the management of Octopus Energy Generation’s bioenergy investments and has represented Octopus Energy Generation on a number of industry panels convened by Ofgem, the GB energy regulator.
Prior to joining the Octopus Group, David was a director at Walbrook Capital, a boutique investment manager with a particular focus on renewables. He is a chartered accountant having qualified at EY, and holds a Masters in Mathematics from Oxford University

Neil Hermon is a Portfolio Manager on the UK Equities Team at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2013. He joined Henderson in 2002 as head of UK smaller companies. Prior to this, he served as head of UK smaller companies for General Accident Investment Management (later to become CGU plc). He began his career at Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant.
Neil received an MA (Hons) in mathematics from Cambridge University. He is an associate member of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP) and has 35 years of financial industry experience.

Georgina Brittain, managing director, is a senior portfolio manager within the J.P. Morgan Asset Management International Equity Group, based in London. Georgina joined the firm in 1995. She obtained a MA in Classics from the University of Oxford, and earned a Diploma in Law from City University, London. She is a qualified barrister.
