Description
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6SQ on 27th March 2023, at 12 noon.
The Board encourages shareholders to ask questions of the Chairman of the Board and all other Directors via the Company Secretary and to ask questions of the Investment Manager. Shareholders may submit questions to cosec@maitlandgroup.com or investment companies@jupiteram.com.
