The Board recognises, however, that not all Shareholders may wish to travel at present so the Manager has recorded a presentation that will be available on the Company’s website before the AGM. Given that guidance with regard to the pandemic can be fast-changing, if, for any reason, the location of the AGM has to be changed then the Company will make the appropriate announcement via the Regulatory News Service and on the Company’s website.
