Macau Property Opportunities adjusted net asset value rose by 25.5% to $4.95 over the second half of 2013 as the valuation of its property portfolio increased by 24.7%. The disposal of the company’s Zuhai assets (announced recently) has added to the NAV since the year end.
Shareholders did even better as MPO’s discount narrowed rom 41% to 28%.
