Chenavari Capital Solutions has made its second primary deal, a £9m investment in a first loss exposure to a portfolio of c250 primarily investment-grade corporate loans made by a German corporate and investment bank. Following this transaction, Chenavari Capital Solutions will have committed 70% of its IPO proceeds and the company says the manager is reviewing another ten potential deals.
