HICL Infrastructure has announced that a deal to acquire a 19.2% interest in the Bradford Schools Building Schools for the Future project, including Buttershaw school (pictured) has now completed. This project was mentioned in HICL Infrastructure’s prospectus dated February 2013. At the same time they said that the investment in a desalination project in Australia announced earlier this year is now also complete. Recent deals have been funded from their revolving credit facility and therefore HICL Infrastructure now has a funding requirement of £50m (which might be an indication that they are considering an additional equity fundraising)
