WKP : Workspace jv to build 98 flats in Hayes
Workspace Group has got planning permission to redevelop Enterprise House in Hayes. The plan is to create 98 apartments and 38,000 sq t of space dedicated to creative industries (one anchor tenant is the Vinyl Factory – a business making vinyl records. The redevelopment will be managed as a 50:50 joint venture with Polar Properties.
Enterprise House was built in 1912 and is Grade II* factory building that was originally part of His Master’s Voice (HMV).
Hayes will have access to Crossrail from 2018.
