ESP : Empiric expands into Aberdeen
Empiric Student Property is expanding its portfolio with the acquisition of a 56 bed student accommodation property in Aberdeen. They are paying Scape Homes £6.5m for Centro Court, a purpose built block on Loch Street which has 56 studio apartments, bike storage facilities, communal entertainment and laundry areas.
