GPOR : Great Portland says its Rathbone Square flats selling fast
Great Portland Estates has sold 125 of the available 142 apartments it is building at Rathbone Square W1 (the former post office sorting depot). The 125 flats sold to date have raised £207.2m for the company. The average selling price equates to £1856 per sq ft. Four more units are under offer for a total of £9.4m leaving 13 more to sell, nine of which are penthouses. The list price of the remaining flats is £68.2m.
The development also includes 214,800 sq ft of offices and 42,500 sq ft of retail space. Completion is expected in 2017.
