International Public Partnerships is buying an extra 40% of the Lewisham Building Schools for the Future project for £14.3m. The Lewisham project comprises four BSF schools located in the South East London borough, including Sedgehill (pictured) and Conisborough Schools; Trinity School; Deptford Green School; and, Bonus Pastor, Pendergast and Drum Beat Schools.
They are paying for the deal out of their debt facility. The seller is Babcock Project Investments Limited.
