Following Nitin Bajaj’s appointment as manager, his repositioning of its portfolio and the change of benchmark, the Board has also decided to review the management fee and is shifting from a flat fee of 1% on gross assets to a tiered fee of 0.9% on the first £200m of gross assets and 0.85% on the balance.
