INPP consortium wins Victorian schools project

International Public Partnerships (INPP) says a consortium that it is a member of has won the right to design, build, finance and maintain 15 schools across 12 sites in Victoria, Australia.

The Learning Communities Victoria Consortium is sponsored by Amber Infrastructure and other consortium members include:  Watpac Construction: Design-Builder; Spotless: Facilities Manager. Spotless also provides facilities management services to some of the Company’s existing Australian investments; and YMCA: Community Services and Activities.

Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2015 with the delivery of the first tranche of schools to be in time for the commencement of the 2017 school year and the subsequent, second tranche of schools to be delivered in time for commencement of the 2018 school year.
