The Board of Altin has announced that, at the EGM held on Friday, all of the proposals put forward by Alpine Select and its associate were rejected by shareholders. We understand that the vote was quite decisive.
As promised, the Altin Board did agree that Thomas Amstutz, one of the directors that Altin put forward, will become a director.
