In the twelve months ending 30 June 2016, JPEL Private Equity’s NAV per US$ Equity Share increased by $0.15 or 11.8% to $1.42, however, JPEL’s US$ Equity Share price declined 3.6% during the fiscal year from $1.00 to $0.97. Subsequent to the period, JPEL’s US$ Equity Share price increased from $0.97 to $1.04 on 29 September 2016, representing an increase of 7.2%. On 29 September 2016, JPEL traded at a 26.7% discount to NAV.
In FY 2016, JPEL received net distributions of $104.9million, up from FY 2015 where JPEL received $79.7 million in net distributions.
