New co-manager at Henderson Far East Income

New co-manager at Henderson Far East Income – The board of Henderson Far East Income has announced that Sat Duhra will step up to be the co-fund manager on the trust, alongside Mike Kerley (the longstanding manager of the fund). This is happening with immediate effect. Sat and Mike have worked together for the last eight years on the portfolio and Janus Henderson’s other Asia income mandates. The board says that this appointment helps emphasise the strength in Janus Henderson’s Asia Equity Income team. Sat is based in Singapore and Mike in London.

Prior to joining Henderson in 2011, Sat worked as an equities analyst at Nomura and Credit Suisse. He holds a BSc degree in economics from University College, London. Sat is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (CA) and has 19 years of financial industry experience.
