- JPMorgan European announced results for the year ended 31 March 2019 on Friday. The returns on the Growth (JETG) and Income (JETI) NAV were -2.3% and +1.4% respectively and, as discounts widened, shareholders saw returns of -7.9% and -4.9% respectively. The MSCI Europe ex UK index returned +2.2%. The dividend on the growth shares was 8.85p (up from 6.85p) and on the income shares 6.25p (up from 5.8p). “During the company’s financial year ended 31st March 2019, one of the key features was the underperformance of value investing as a style.”
