Adamas AGM postponed on Hong Kong unrest

Adamas AGM postponed on Hong Kong unrest – yesterday Adamas Finance Asia announced that it would postpone the AGM planned for today. The statement said that the directors”are closely monitoring the current unrest in Hong Kong, in particular the flare up this week in the financial district and in the context of the scheduled annual general meeting of the Company (“AGM”) that was due to be held there tomorrow, at 19/F CMA Building, 64 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong, at 5.00 pm.

The Directors’ first concern is for the safety of the Company’s staff, shareholders and advisers who would be involved in the AGM. In light of that concern, the Directors have decided to postpone the AGM.

If things don’t settle down the AGM may be moved to a safer location.

The dilutive issue of shares to Infinity Capital Group completed this morning.
