Henderson High Income has announced the appointment of Richard Cranfield as a non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2020. Richard is a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP, where he is global chairman of the corporate practice and co-head of its financial institutions group. On 1 October 2019, Richard was appointed as the chairman of IntegraFin Holdings plc, the ultimate owner of the investment platform provider Transact.
