- Duke Royalty has made a £7.7m follow-on investment in Bakhchysarai (Ireland) which is building a recruitment business in Ireland and the UK. It now has £9.4m invested in the business. Bakhchysarai is using the money to buy PE Global, a specialist recruitment agency that provides staffing and recruitment services primarily focused on the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors in Ireland and the UK.
- Real Estate Credit Investments intends to issue up to 19,920,363 new ordinary shares at 168 pence via a placing. Liberum is the sole book runner. The issue is only available to professional investors. The shares closed at 172 pence last night.
- PME Africa’s EGM on 4 February has been postponed after the Qatar Investment Authority (its largest shareholder) asked for more time to consider the proposal to delist from AIM.
