  • Sirius Real Estate has secured €50m funding through a Schuldschein loan offering a blended interest rate of 1.60%, with an average maturity of 3.7 years.
  • Urban Logistics REIT has topped up the £130m it raised the other day with a further £6.1m from its open offer and offer for subscription.
  • Hipgnosis Songs Fund’s manager is excited that it is being promoted to the FTSE250 Index in its current reshuffle. Impax Environmental was promoted as well.
  • Warehouse REIT has confirmed plans to raise £100m of extra capital by issuing shares at 111.5p per share, a 6% premium to NAV – individual investors will get the chance to participate in the fundraise.
  • The infighting between the board and the manager of Pollen Street Secured Lending continues with another letter from the board.
  • SQN Asset Finance income has managed to sell one of its anaerobic digestion plants, leaving it with 10. It made a return of 13.5% a year on the plant it sold but six of the remaining may be written down in value.
  • Aquila European Renewables Income intends to raise €25m to fund the purchase of “wind and solar pv assets totalling 30MW(p) located in the Nordic and Iberian markets“. The shares would be issued at €1.05, a 2.9% premium to NAV.
